Shipping Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

At CNSupplyPro, we help customers source, purchase, inspect, consolidate, and ship products from China to destinations around the world.

Because every sourcing order is different, shipping time and cost depend on the products, suppliers, order quantity, destination country, shipping method, package dimensions, weight, customs requirements, and other factors.

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works after your products have been purchased in China.

1. Our Shipping Service

CNSupplyPro can coordinate shipping as part of our China sourcing and procurement service.

Depending on your order, we may assist with:

  • Supplier-to-warehouse transportation in China
  • Product receiving and warehouse handling
  • Product inspection and quantity verification
  • Product consolidation
  • Repacking or package optimization where appropriate
  • International air shipping
  • International sea shipping
  • Express delivery
  • Freight forwarding
  • Door-to-door shipping arrangements
  • Shipment tracking
  • Shipping documentation coordination

The available shipping options depend on the product, destination, shipment size, and applicable regulations.

We do not operate an international airline, shipping line, customs authority, or destination-country delivery network. International transportation may involve independent logistics companies, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and local delivery providers.

2. Shipping Process

For a typical sourcing order, the shipping process may include:

Supplier → China Warehouse → Inspection → Consolidation → International Shipment → Customs Clearance → Local Delivery → Customer

The exact process may vary depending on the order.

Before international shipment, we may confirm:

  • Product quantity
  • Product condition
  • Package dimensions
  • Gross weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Shipping method
  • Estimated shipping cost
  • Available logistics options
  • Applicable shipping restrictions

Where practical, we will provide the customer with the available shipping options and estimated costs before shipment.

3. Shipping Quotes

International shipping costs are normally calculated based on factors such as:

  • Actual weight
  • Volumetric weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Number of packages
  • Shipping destination
  • Shipping method
  • Product category
  • Declared value
  • Fuel or carrier surcharges
  • Remote-area charges
  • Customs or documentation requirements
  • Special handling requirements

The shipping amount shown in a quotation is an estimate unless expressly stated as a final shipping price.

For some shipments, the final shipping cost can only be confirmed after the goods arrive at our warehouse and their actual weight and dimensions are available.

If the actual shipping cost is significantly different from the preliminary estimate, we may contact you before dispatch.

4. Shipping Methods

Depending on the order, we may arrange one or more of the following methods.

Express Shipping

Suitable for smaller and time-sensitive shipments.

Examples may include international express courier services.

Advantages may include:

  • Faster transit
  • Door-to-door delivery
  • Online tracking

Express shipping is generally more expensive for large or heavy shipments.

Air Freight

Suitable for medium-sized or relatively time-sensitive shipments.

Air freight may provide a balance between transportation speed and cost.

Delivery may involve airport-to-airport, airport-to-door, or door-to-door arrangements depending on the service selected.

Sea Freight

Generally suitable for larger, heavier, or less time-sensitive shipments.

Sea freight may be arranged as:

  • LCL (Less than Container Load)
  • FCL (Full Container Load)

Transit time is generally longer than air freight or express delivery.

Other Logistics Solutions

For certain orders, we may recommend other transportation solutions based on product characteristics, destination, volume, cost, and regulatory requirements.

The final shipping method should be confirmed before shipment.

5. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual transit time may be affected by:

  • Supplier production time
  • China domestic transportation
  • Warehouse processing
  • Quality inspection
  • Product consolidation
  • Carrier schedules
  • Flight or vessel availability
  • Customs clearance
  • Import procedures
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Port congestion
  • Carrier delays
  • Destination-country transportation
  • Remote-area delivery
  • Regulatory inspections
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

For this reason, a quoted transit time should not be interpreted as a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly provide a w
