Because our services may involve product research, supplier communication, purchasing, quality inspection, warehousing, customization, and international shipping, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order and the specific services already performed.

By submitting payment for our services or a sourcing order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.


1. Our Refund Principles

  • Supplier verification fees
  • Quality inspection fees
  • Warehousing or consolidation fees
  • Packaging fees
  • Customization or manufacturing costs
  • International shipping costs
  • Other agreed third-party charges

These amounts may be treated differently in the event of cancellation or refund.

Service fees already earned through completed work may not be refundable.

Amounts that have not yet been spent or committed may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions below.


2. Sourcing Service Fees

Sourcing services may include:

  • Supplier research
  • Supplier communication
  • Price comparison
  • Product identification
  • Supplier verification
  • Quotation preparation
  • Product feasibility assessment
  • Purchasing coordination

Once we have started performing the requested sourcing service, the service fee may become non-refundable because time and resources have already been spent on the project.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel a sourcing service before we begin substantive work, you may generally request a full refund of the applicable sourcing service fee.

After Work Has Started

If sourcing research or supplier communication has already begun, the refundable amount will depend on the work already completed.

We may deduct reasonable service fees corresponding to work already performed.


3. Product Search / Product Research Fees

If you purchase a specific product-search or research service, the fee covers the work involved in researching and ide.
